A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your date.
Final payment is due on collection of the proofs.
Any additional work will be invoiced and payable on completion.

Disclaimer:
The Photographer (Stewart Clarke) agrees that every effort will be made to provide high a quality photographic service. In the unlikely event that a catastrophic mechanical failure should occur to Photographer's equipment or transport or Photographer is unable to provide Client with the agreed upon photography services and/or products, Photographer agrees to reimburse Client for all amounts paid to date. Photographer and Client agree that Photographer is not responsible for any other damages, emotional or otherwise. In the event that the photographer cannot attend due to illness or any other reason, every effort will be made to find a suitable qualified replacement.

Client(s) agrees that Stewart Clarke Photography may use any photograph for publicity purposes from the event. Such publicity and advertising may include publication on Photographer's Web Site.

Other persons are welcome to take photographs at the wedding and reception, however, to ensure that photographs are of a consistently high standard, the Photographer requests that other guests or contractors refrain from creating distractions during the group photography. The Photographer cannot be responsible for unusable shots due to such distractions from client’s, guests or contractors (entertainers, video operators etc.), eyes being closed and other circumstances beyond the Photographer’s control.
