Mary-Anne and Peter Venables

Mary-Anne and Peter were married on Saturday 14th April 2012 at St Mary’s Church in Leigh Woods. Their wedding reception was held at Ashton Court Mansion in Long Ashton.

Despite the day starting off a little wet, the weather soon picked up once Mary-Anne arrived at the Church! After some formals outside the Church, we went onto the Clifton Suspension Bridge for a quick photo stop off before arriving at their venue (Ashton Court Mansion) where their guest were happily waiting. Mary-Anne and Pete was a pleasure to work with and I’m sure they will love looking through their wedding photographs!

Amy and Tim Barrett

Amy and Tim were married at the Roman Baths in Bath on Saturday 31st March 2012.

After their ceremony, I took Amy and Tim for some shots around the Baths. Despite being a busy day and full of the general public, I managed to capture almost all of their shots without and unwanted people looming in the backgrounds! They were a fantastic couple to work with, but more so was Amy as she was heavily pregnant (with twins) and she looked lovely!

Sarah and Mike was married on Friday 9th March 2012 at Tracy Park Hotel & Country Club.

Their day went really well despite the registrars turning up over an hour late… that’s a first! Sarah and Mike was a great couple to work and I left them shortly after their speeches… credit goes to the best man who delivered a brilliant speech!

Kate and Adrian Edmonds was married on Saturday 25th February 2012 at St. Peters Church in Westerleigh. Their wedding reception was held at Tracy Park Hotel in Wick.

This was my first wedding for 2012 and the sun was shinning! whilst this is great for the couple, the sun this time of the year is very low in the sky and not always the best conditions to work in! However I prefer to see this as a challenge and enjoy using it creatively! Their day went well and a lovely set of photographs was captured. I’m sure Kate and Adrian will be delighted.

I have just finished a another couples wedding album… Gemma and Colin choose a good selection of pictures and I really enjoyed designing this one. The finished album was stunning… they left a very happy couple!

Julie and Dean were married at St Leonard’s Church, Tortworth, Wotton-Under-Edge on Saturday 5th November 2011.

After the ceremony, small formal groups were taken outside then church before they moved onto their nearby venue Tortworth Court. Tortworth features some amazing grounds and whilst their guest were enjoying the drinks reception, we made use of the quiet grounds before continuing on with the formal groups. This was a long day for me and it ended with a very well executed first dance! Julie and Dean were a great fun couple to work with and I’m positive they will love their photographs!
